No. However, you can add as many keyword triggers as you want. So you could list common keywords like "the", "and", "of", etc and that will result in virtually every Tweet being retweeted.
GroupTweet processes retweets in 1-2 minutes. If you want retweets to be delayed or only sent during certain hours, you can easily configure this under GroupTweet scheduling settings.
GroupTweet's auto retweet pricing is based on a combination of how many accounts you wish to Retweet and how many Retweets you need to publish each month as seen here: https://GroupTweet.com/autoretweet/pricing.
Additionally, Twitter enforces their own limits as you can see here .
Please read Twitter’s automation rules.. The rules regarding automated Retweets state: “Provided you comply with all other rules, you may Retweet or Quote Tweet in an automated manner for entertainment, informational, or novelty purposes. Automated Retweets often lead to negative user experiences, and bulk, aggressive, or spammy Retweeting is a violation of the Twitter Rules.” Users that abuse GroupTweet service for spammy or aggressive retweeting will be have their GroupTweet service paused.

Alternatively, you can visit GroupTweet.com and start an instant chat request (lower right hand corner) during normal business hours.
Hashtag functionality only works with either listed contributors or users that the GroupTweet account is following (if your account is open to all contributors). We do not allow you to retweet any and all mentions of a chosen hashtag. Doing so would risk suspension by Twitter.
You can turn off the GroupTweet service by configuring your account and setting Status to "Inactive". Also within the configuration options, you can completely remove your group account information from our system.
